After Sales Service

2. There is no three warranty period for other wearing parts. If the damage problem is reported within 15 days after the goods are signed, it will be  replaced or reissued free of charge.
3, tires, shock absorbers, rear axle, etc. are not in accordance with the specifications and requirements of the product, due to overload or human causes of damage, can not participate in the scope of after-sales service.
4, the company principle: if there is a problem during the product quality assurance period, the goods need to be returned to give replacement or quality assurance services. If the goods are not returned and need to be sold after sale, we have two solutions.
Method 1: It is recommended that the customer place the next batch of orders, replace the new goods and the newly purchased goods together, and the freight is borne by the buyer.
Method 2: The customer is advised to buy the product again, according to the 50% discount of the product price, the freight is borne by the buyer.
